A Unique Culinary Experience in Eastern Ontario

TBB Catering in collaboration with the food producers of Eastern Ontario is presenting the fourth Field to Fork Gourmet Feast on August 31st 2019. This supper is continuing with its unique culinary experience for locals and tourists of Eastern Ontario.

Participants will dress up and go to a Top Secret farm where they will take part in a cocktail hour before savouring a gourmet meal from TBB Catering. At this Top Secret destination, elegant tables will be laid out for people to savour the flavours of Eastern Ontario. This experience, complete with wine bar from a local winery and beer taps from a local brewery, will allow people from all over to discover the unique food grown in the area.

Veal sweetbreads topped with Champion mushrooms oyster mushrooms and Clos du Vully Marquette reduction

Second Course

Jardins de Stéphanie squash and beet velouté topped with Bergerie des Sables Greek yogurt

 

Third Course

Against the grain 7 grain emporte-pièce marinated in Cassel Brewery beer and topped with St-Albert cheese smoked cheddar and extra old cheddar

 

Fourth Course

Kiefro Farm wild board roast topped with a Tuque de Broue Portage Porter demi-glaze served with Jardins de Stéphanie fingerling potatoes and tri-colored sweet peppers

Perfectly paired with a glass of wine from Clos du Vully Winery

Avonmore Farm strawberry and Frank's Sugar Shack maple panna cotta

Served with Poppa Bean Coffee
